Course Description

Objectives

By the end of this course, the participants will be able to:

• Identify the applicable scenarios where theprocurement strategy may call for the use of Plant, Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning Contracts
• Recognize the special features of Plant, Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning Contractsincluding the division of roles and responsibilities among the Employer, Contractor and Project Manager.
