• Establish the linkage between project management and contract management

• The Contract Structure and Contract Control Rectangle (Time, Quality, Cost and Scope)
• Sources and Types of Risks and Relationship Management in contracts
• Purpose and Elements of a Contract Management Plan including setting of relevant KPIs for monitoring and assessment of vendors’ performance
• Contract Management Plan (CMP) for Goods
• Contract Management Plan for Works and Non-Consulting Services and elaboration of selected issues
• Contract Management Plan for Consultancy Services Contracts
• Requirements to be met for valid claims and common types of claims by Contractors’ and Employers
• Amicable Settlement and Alternative Dispute Settlement Mechanisms
• Taking over Certificate, Defects Liability Period in Works contracts and Contract Close-Out
