ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) credit passes in WASCE, SSSCE, G.C.E. NECO O/Level subjects or its equivalent which must include ENGLISH LANGUAGE & MATHEMATICS and passes in three (3) other subjects at not more than two (2) sittings.

Track A: Short Course in Public Procurement
Short Course in Public Procurement is a standalone programme that is designed to lead to proficiency certification at different level (some courses must be taken coupled with some in special area of interest) to earn attendance Certificate. In addition, it is designed to be face-to-face, blended and self-paced online such that busy executives can enrol for the Executive stream which will facilitated online course with discussion.
Track B: Advanced Certificate Course in Public Procurement
Advanced Certificate Course in Public Procurement is tailored to give individuals an undeniable appreciation for the finer nuances of the niche area. This might be done in partnership with relevant professional and accredited body.
The professional certification course may qualify successful candidates for professional qualification and those that possess minimum university requirement may be admitted to postgraduate diploma course and subsequently master’s degree. In addition, it is designed to be face-to-face, blended and self-paced online such that busy executives can enroll for the Executive stream which will be facilitated online course with discussion. While the standalone certificate courses may give candidates a boost toward professionalism, it may not count towards certification
Track C: Postgraduate Diploma in Public Procurement
Postgraduate Diploma in Public Procurement is the entry level to the higher degree programme in Public Procurement (and the related courses). Both the full-time and part-time streams, once successfully completed, can be used as qualification (subject to fulfilling other qualifications) for enrolling in the Master Degree Programme in Public Procurement.
Track D: Master Degree Programme in Public Procurement
Master Degree Programme in Public Procurement is the highest degree for now (but can possibly lead to M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Public Procurement in the future). The Master Programme will be offered in two streams executive and academic masters (full time and part-time).
Track E: Undergraduate Programme in Public Procurement
Undergraduate Programme in Public Procurement is the Degree entry level for the Pubic Procurement courses. A successful completion of the B.Sc. programme can provide a trajectory to Postgraduate Diploma and Master’s Degree in Public Procurement. Successful completion of Track D will qualify the candidate to be a resource person or a lecturer for Track E.
Generally, Tracks E, C and D provide both an academic and career trajectory in Public Procurement, while track A offers a professional path development.
Advanced Certificate in Contract and Financial Management

On completion of this Advanced Contract and Financial Management Certificate course, participants will be able to develop measures to ensure and improve contract performance as they assess the concept and use of strategic sourcing and also consider financial aspects that may impact procurement and supply activity.
Current and prospective employees of multi-national and foreign organizations, government parastatals, private sector organizations and civil service who need modern level of
knowledge in contract management in their operations.
Five (5) credit passes in WASCE, SSSCE, G.C.E. NECO O/Level subjects or its equivalent which must include ENGLISH LANGUAGE & MATHEMATICS and passes in three (3) other subjects at not more than two (2) sittings.
I. National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply recognized by the University of Lagos Completion of 10 modules of SPESSCE Certificate Course in Procurement HND in any discipline
II. First Degree in any relevant disciplines
III. Mature candidates (30 years and over) with experience and qualification in other professions such as Purchasing and Supply, Store Management, Procurement and Logistics Management etc. who may not have all requisite academic qualifications, but whose organizations stand to benefit from the programme
One Academic Session, Two (2) Semesters, 9 months
Note: that the academic session may not necessary be at same time with the Full Time Conventional Academic programme
